Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) account on 0kada at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances therein.
During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and other required details. You agree to promptly update your account information in the event of any change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 0kada login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 0kada immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. 0kada shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account credentials.

0kada does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the platform and shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events, third-party infrastructure failures, regulatory actions, or circumstances beyond 0kada's reasonable control.
0kada reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where 0kada reasonably believes that:
Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, 0kada may forfeit the balance held in the account. In all other cases, 0kada will endeavor to return any verified legitimate balance to the Player through their registered payment method following completion of KYC verification.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the 0kada platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to raise any complaint with 0kada's customer support team in the first instance. 0kada will endeavor to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days.
